Operations & Supply Chain
You are provided with operational support from a Franchise Business Consultant to help ensure your restaurant is running at optimal efficiency, and a full supply chain team is dedicated to menu optimization, working to help you get the best price for all of your ingredients. Training includes no less than two weeks of classes to help you and your team understand the McAlister’s Deli® menu, operations standards, and philosophy of hospitality. The program also includes an on-the-job experience in a successful, high-volume McAlister’s Deli® restaurant. There are also training programs available for your Deli managers. A minimum of four certified managers must be trained per restaurant.
